To reserve a residential plot or commercial land space, you must complete the booking process following these guidelines:

• All bookings are subject to availability and formal acceptance by the MANOKAMNA MARKETING management.
• All financial transactions must be made directly to the verified official bank accounts of MANOKAMNA MARKETING or through official physical receipts at our Patna headquarters. We are not responsible for any cash transactions made to unauthorized third-party brokers.
• In case of cancellations, refund conditions and deduction percentages will be governed strictly by the terms mentioned on the physical booking allotment receipt.
